I recently booked a trip through this travel agent and couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was tailored perfectly to what I was looking for.
Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and offer great advice along the way. The whole process felt easy and stress-free thanks to her support and flexibility.
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, approachable, and knowledgeable travel agent. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

First class service from Nika at Hays Travel. She was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the tourism industry. She couldn’t do enough to assist me in my choice of a family holiday in Spain. She fully explained everything and is no doubt in my mind an asset to the business. 10 out of 10. Absolutely brilliant staff.

Greeted warmly with a smile. Lovely friendly staff.
The holiday we were interested in was explained and All questions answered to our satisfaction. We had small adjustments we wanted to make and they were made with no problems. We haven’t used a travel agent for many years booking all our holidays ourselves but wouldn’t hesitate to use Hays in the future.
