Great staff
That staff member was very helpful, friendly and patient. She listened to everything we asked for and was able to find a river cruise holiday that was perfect. All other staff in the shop were also friendly.
Will definitely use this travel agent again.

Booking a special cruise!
We visited Peterlee to book our very first cruise. We are going at Christmas and haven’t had a holiday for many years! At one point virtually every member of the team were searching for the perfect holiday for us! Customer service was second to none! Everyone was so patient with us.
