Hays Travel - Petersfield Avis 

We wanted to book face to face with a travel agent as we had some special needs. Olivia was brilliant working hard to get it right for us. In the past I have always just booked everything online but after this experience will now go to Hays for future holidays.

What made my experience good
Well you’re staff help me sort out my flight to Melbourne and then get me a connecting flight to Burnie in Tasmania, and my return flight with a stop over in Melbourne for 4 day before my flight home which I was having a problem to sort it out myself, and week later due to thing beyond my control I had to change my return flight from Burnie to Melbourne to make my connecting flight home they were very understanding and sorted this out for me, I normally do flight myself as I stay with friends and only need flight but this time I was having lots of problems and your staff made it possible, so I will be using you again and would recommend you to my friend

We were welcome by a lovely lady in Petersfield and she took care of everythings...defenetly back fro our next holidays.

Went in to book a holiday the lady that helped us (Nighet) was very good it was the rest of the staff we found very frustrating.The holiday we booked was with easyjet and when we got home reading through the details we noticed the flight we would have to leave 4am to get to the airport in time. We rang the office and spoke to Olivia and explained that at our age we would find it difficult so could they find-a different flight. She said she would ring back later in the day but she never did. The following day i rang again and it was a different girl i spoke to explained it all to her and again she never got back to me so that afternoon we went over to the office (20 mile round trip) and found it closed due to staff illness) why could she have not told me that when i rang in.
Finally got hold of Nighet the following day .and she. Sorted it for us and found a B.A. flight at a sensible time. It has made us think will we use Hayes travel again.

The ease of completing the task of getting Travel insurance, without having to do all the form filling ourselves & the efficiency & helpfulness of the staff

Our adventure is now underway. Ably assisted by excellent staff, attention to detail was shared in helping to choose the best possible package for our budget. All queries were answered immediately. Sound advice given on how to go about completing our preparation in planning effectively gave reassurance that we were in good hands. The whole experience of discussing our booking was fun. We were dealt with efficiently whilst time given was professionally delivered.

Polly started and Emma finalised our holiday to Maastrietch. They both were very professional and helpful, and Emma put in extra work to get the holiday we wanted.

Always have had a good experience with petersfield branch. Helpful and pleasant. Had decided on this Indian holiday at an event in Southampton (which was also brilliant) and Chloe finalised everything for us quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend Hayes to look after all your holiday beds.
