I saw Richard at Hays Travel in Petersfield and discussed my initial holiday destination idea with him and got quotes etc. I then realised that idea wouldn't work for me and I wasn't sure where to go.
Richard wanted to give me a variety of potential holiday destination options so he looked up a range of places and priced them all up for me which was great.
From there, I found the holiday I wanted!
I'd recommend Hays Travel in Petersfield.

First time experience of using a travel agent face to face
This was our first time of booking a holiday through an agent. Our experience was one of great satisfaction. The office staff were very friendly and our particular travel rep was very knowledgeable and was able to make the process of booking a special holiday (40th wedding anniversary) seamless. We were in the office for some time and, going forward, coffee/tea facilities would be a nice touch.

Hays has a much more effective…
Hays has a much more effective technological access to all aspects of travel on the internet. We find it easier to arrange our travel by talking to those in the travel business. Richard and the team in Petersfield give good advice and a good service. It is also more social able to talk to a person rather than curse a computer.
