This is not the first time I’ve booked a holiday with Hays Travel, and once again, I couldn’t be happier. Petra has arranged many holidays for me in the past, and each time she has gone above and beyond to meet my expectations. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly manner make the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.
Now, my kids and I are looking forward to another exciting trip this summer — this time to Egypt — and I have every confidence Petra will help make it another unforgettable experience. I wouldn’t book with anyone else. Highly recommended!

I entrusted her completely with choosing the destination, simply expressing my desire to visit Greece. Petra went above and beyond, selecting an exceptional hotel with wonderful service and breathtaking views - Little Bird on Lesvos Island - it was the perfect spot for me! I am so grateful for the discount and for the swift, high-quality handling of all the documents, as well as the ongoing support Petra provided throughout the entire trip.
