Although we knew which destination and hotel we wished to book it was good to talk to someone who could answer our questions and queries and do the booking for us and have a more personal service

Made comfortable, friendly, and Jo explained are cruise in detail couldn't better thankyou

Morgan was very helpful & when we asked about different options, she was very knowledgeable & showed us videos to give us an idea of the size of the cabins

It was a sunday afternoon, just thought we would have a look at holidays, came out with February 27sun & a cruise, so so helpful, didn't rush us even though we were up to closing time.always book through Hayes

Booked our holiday in the Plympton Branch which we have used previously and the Staff are always amazingly helpful.
All paperwork done in about 15-mins and given copies of all documentation
Super easy process completed expertly by the Agent Joanne.
Only have to wait another 2-months till we fly

Completely satisfied with the booking experience and help from Joanne Cotton from the Plympton branch. Particularly impressed that when we returned to finalise our booking, Joanne was actually on her lunch break but when she realised we were there, offered to cut her break short to continue to help us! (which we thought was a fantastic gesture on her part but we insisted we would prefer to return a bit later rather than disturb her break). When we returned she had everything already prepared for us which made the final parts of the booking very quick and easy. Holiday is now all booked which we are very much looking forward to.

Arrived without booking, we were greeted like old friends and made to feel important.
Our holiday request was dealt with and explained fully.
We will be using Hays again.

Helpful and informative

We called in to our local Hayes on the off chance that we could book a last minute short break away & managed to get exactly what we wanted for a great price!
Atlanta was really friendly & helpful giving us plenty of help when asked.

I went into the shop with 6 hotels i had seen in different countries, Jo knowledge was excellent of areas, Nothing was too much trouble, how quiet some resorts are, transfer times, not all hotels that say AI are, Some are just AI drinks with your meals not unlimited all day. Booked holiday & did parking all in the store, excellent service
