As a walk in appointment we were seated…
As a walk in appointment we were seated immediately with a member of staff. She was able to show us 3 hotels that met our requirements and then swiftly went through the details required, explaining along the way. She has provided the information as well as emailing them to us. She double checked the details for accuracy, and all was completed in a short period of time.

Great service
Great service from Kayleigh at your Pocklington branch, price matching a TUI Black Friday deal on our local High Street. She also helped me sort out extra legroom a few days later. Would definitely recommend.

The. Staff at Hays Pocklington are really great. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hays Pocklington to friends and neighbours, in fact I have already done so.
