Very welcoming
As previously we felt welcomed at Hays travel. Unfortunately we did have a bit of a hiccup due solely to Fred Olsen Kayleigh did tried to solve it but couldn't. However she will try another day asap. The shop is always clean and welcoming the staff friendly and helpful.

Helpful, efficient and friendly service
My travel agent Katie was very helpful and friendly and whilst we couldn't find exactly what I was looking for I think we reached a good compromise.
I think the Hays computer system needs updating because it took minutes to book the holiday but much longer to get it onto the Hays system

It was so easy we just walked in to Hays Travel and we were welcomed by Katie who was so very helpful. She had us sorted and booked to go to Corfu the next day! Back now, we had a great time. Wondering where to go next 🤔😁.

We wanted to book a trip to Canada and…
We wanted to book a trip to Canada and didn’t have a clue how to start.
Hays made it all run like clockwork.
The assistant is called Poppy who was very thorough. I thought she must have been doing the role for years but apparently she has not been qualified long, but honestly you would never know. She was lovely, very helpful, smiley and a great personality.
A credit to the team 😊
