Friendly and informative 😊
The staff were friendly and informative whilst booking my holiday. Initial inquiries were made via messenger and my messages were answered promptly. After booking the holiday, the information was emailed, along with the extras I'd requested. Great experience, looking forward to my week away now!

Great service
Very helpful,polite and friendly staff. Firstly i spoke with Steph just before the end of day closing,then Elise picked up my booking the next day and finalosed everything. Very happy with the service and would definitely book again with Hays Travel - pontypridd.

Always friendly and happy to help with any enquiries or bookings. Nothing is to much trouble for them and that's why I'm always happy to go back to use them every year.
