Mee yen is excellent from Hays travel in pontypridd she always finds me some where to go even sometimes as a solo traveller she books all my Holidays have done for the last 5 years previously it was another staff that use to book them for me but she moved to Austrilia so i have used Hays and never had a problem

Holiday enquiry - booked
We went in to enquire about a break and Ceara took the time to explore all our options and prices, which we were very grateful for. We were so happy with her recommendations we booked there and then. We left feeling we were in safe hands. Will definitely be using to book future breaks. All the staff at the Pontypridd branch are super friendly, engaging and helpful.
