We called in Pontypridd shop to book a city break for 9 people. Eloise was really helpful, she listened to what we wanted and we came away with 3 excellent choices for the group, one if which we booked. Great friendly service.

We had specific requirements for two of our youngest grandchildren (cousins not siblings). These were short haul flights and young children's water park slides. We had looked on the internet and narrowed it down to a couple of hotels in Majorca but couldn't get the required length of stay for the appropriate dates. Hays Travel were brilliant, the lady searched three or four travel providers and came up with exactly what we wanted and applied discounts that actually made it cheaper than booking on the net

I cannot describe how amazing Hays has been with booking our holiday. Ceara planned 3 weeks in Australia and got us such a good price I cannot believe it. She always made me feel no bother with all the tweaks on call and email I made. I described quite vaguely in the beginning what we wanted as we didn’t know much about Australia, we just knew we wanted to do the key places up the East Coast. She gave us an idea of all the best places, after we told her we like scenery, activities, and she came up with the perfect itinerary. She has explained everything so well and responded quickly to all our calls and emails with our tweaks. She has put so much time and effort into our itinerary to ensure we had the perfect holiday.
