Lack of information supplied.
The sales person did not state how much service charge was being applied, or give a receipt for the credit card payment. This should have been made clear before payment was taken.

Hi Mr. Salisbury , thanks you for your 4 star review , i would just like to clarify some of the points raised , we do not issue a separate receipt for the card payment as it is done on the actual system and will be shown on the confirmations of booking. in relation to the service charge we do not charge such a fee as explained yesterday, online costing will always be cheaper due to the different cost involved in dealing with the booking .
