We had no experience of cruising but my wife's grandmother was Norwegian and she felt she needed to experience at least once a visit to Norway. But being unsure and nervous of cruising we were guided by Dawn who reassured us and covered everything we needed to know answering all our questions.
Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very patient and understanding with us. Dawn had so much knowledge of the travel industry and has the biggest and most welcoming smile. We will definitely be using Hays Travel for future bookings.

We have been booking in St Helens…
We have been booking in St Helens branch for a number of years. However, Ruby who booked all our holidays has moved on. So we are going to use Prescot branch which is closer to home. Shawny who booked our holiday gave us a first class service she promised me a phone call today which she had just done. Looks like it will be Shawny to book our holidays in the future. Thank you.
