Had a lovely lady called debbie she was very helpfuly i never booked a hoilday like this before . I wanted to do somethink nice for my 50th next year . She told us about this hoilday and that she had been on it and she said we woukd really enjoy this one .she was very friendly helpfully and lovely

As everyone was busy in the shop
As everyone was busy in the shop, one of the ladies from the cash/currency booth asked if she could help, she was very helpful until someone was able to take over. We was offered a drink during our search, all the staff were very polite and attentive.

We went to the branch in Morrison on…
We went to the branch in Morrison on the docs which is easy to get there and free parking. The staff did her well to look for our holiday. Quick process. Also advised to get the taxi from the airport which reduced the cost of our holiday. When I mentioned about the blue light card discount the manager Debbie gave us good discount as well. Overall staff and service was very good.

The staff at the branch at Riversway…
The staff at the branch at Riversway Preston which we mainly go to and the preston town centre branch have always been very helpful. Not pushy in any way just trying to find you with the right holiday and within your budget. The other staff also interacting with comments oh its lovely there, or theres a particular nice beach etc etc. Very helpful.
