The staff are welcoming
The staff are welcoming, and I felt relaxed. I asked for details of the holiday I was interested in the 1st hotel that came up is the hotel I went too 25yrs ago we both said it was fate. The holiday is booked and i can't wait to go now.

Have to shout out how impressed we both were booking a holiday of a lifetime a CRUISE. The young lady Evelyn who was very pleasant and helpful went above and beyond explaining in great detail every thing included in the package no stone was unturned. So impressed with the service .

Exceptional customer service by Matty at Hays Travel Pudsey
I came across a fantastic deal advertised on Facebook which I enquired about via Messenger. Matty from the Pudsey branch responded to my messages quickly and efficiently. The holiday to Bali advertised was for 21 nights which was too long for me, so Matty called the supplier to quote me for 14nts. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the booking (2nd hotel) BUT Matty gave me other options to consider. A little bit of back and forth between myself, Matty & the supplier and I am now taking my 2 eldest children on a holiday of a lifetime. Thank you Matty for your hard work in meeting my requirements and booking a fantastic holiday we are very much looking forward to.

Great to deal with
We had a great experience at Hays Travel in Pudsey. Our sales rep, Matty, was extremely helpful and took the time to go through lots of different location options with us. We never felt rushed or pressured into booking, which made the whole process really relaxed and enjoyable. It was also a huge help having Matty take care of all the airport check-ins and print our boarding cards for us. Excellent service from start to finish – we’d definitely recommend and will use them again.
