I cannot recommend Rachael highly enough for anyone looking to book a holiday, cruise plan a trip.
We’ve recently booked a family holiday to Canada. From our first conversation, Rachael’s expertise and passion for the destination were clear.
She wasn't just "booking a trip" for us; she meticulously planned an experience. Rachael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through everything.
Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, Rachael patiently answered every question we had (which was many!), offered brilliant, practical advice, and made the entire planning process completely stress-free.

Rachael listens to our needs and requirements and tailors the holiday to our needs. Let’s us know all options and costs. Points out pros and cons of cabin location. Phones back when she says she will and updates us with any changes. She is an absolute asset to Hays.
