Fantastic experience
Racheal is a fantastic agent and gave us great advice for our first cruise booking. She was always on hand to answer and questions we had and we have already booked another holiday with her and will be booking our next cruise very soon!

First Cruise Booking
We decided to book a cruise with our daughter and family. We contacted Heys Travel and spoke with Rachael who was extremely helpful, getting us the room we wanted and answered any questions that we had. Made booking our first cruise really easy. I would certainly book through Heys for any future trips.

We have booked a number of holidays…
We have booked a number of holidays with Rachael now over the past few years and every time it’s been a stress free, comprehensive, quality experience. Rachael listens to your requirements and works hard to find the very best value for money. I’ve given Rachael some challenges over the years with some very last minute plans and she has always provided an excellent service. Rachael is also a font of travel knowledge so our trips are always amazing!

Rachael is fabulous at what she does m, she makes booking a holiday so easy. From the initial enquire all the way to the final confirmation Rachael talked us through each aspect of our holiday, giving recommendations from her experience. Will always book out holidays through Rachael.

3rd Time Booking!
This is the 3rd time we have booked our holiday to Levi with Rachael and we certainly won’t be booking through anyone else in the future. Rachael works very hard to secure our choice of accommodation/ holiday preference and goes above and beyond her role expectations with always being on hand , should we need her.
