Rebecca was so knowledgable and helpful. She rapidly understood my travel needs. She was warm and friendly and quickly found suitable flights and booked them for me.
It was so much less stressful than trying to do it myself.
She discussed and sent me important additional information to ensure I have a successful trip.
She also advised on another trip that I'm considering. Fantastic service! I will definitely go through her again.

I received great service. Becky was prompt to respond to my enquiry, knowledgeable in her reply, and made the whole booking experience a very smooth process.
I booked our family holiday with Becky last year and received wonderful service, which is why I booked with her again this time.

Fantastic Service!
Becky was fantastic at finding us an amazing all-inclusive family holiday, that ticked all our boxes and beyond - all for an incredible price too. We’d been looking online ourselves and to be honest, it was a time consuming, confusing minefield. We then decided to call Becky at Hays and she immediately took the stress out of the process and found us the perfect deal in super quick time too. Very happy indeed with the service, thank you so much!
