We spoke with Connor in your Redcar branch regarding booking a safari to South Africa for a special anniversary. He went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
After a few hours of deliberating with my husband we went ahead and booked our safari for 2027. Can't wait now!! Thank you Connor

Went above and beyond to find my perfect trips
I went into Hayes to book 2 trips. One was a trip to Vienna which I wanted for specific dates, and one to Italy next year as I want to visit Pompeii. Sarah was extremely patient as I kept changing my mind about the Italy trip. She took note of what I wanted from my trip to Vienna and spent ages finding the perfect package for me. I really feel Sarah went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted and didn’t make me feel like I was being a nuisance when I kept changing my mind about the hotel and dates from the Italy trip. I always use Hayes for my holidays and will continue to do so.
