Joanne made everything seem so easy to organise. I'm a solo traveller and she found the best price for me, and without single supplements. I have looked at other companies, and their prices doubled when I put in that I was a solo traveler. Joanne answered all my questions, organised excursions I wanted to be included. Explained about the visa I need and offered to show me how yo apply. Also had the choice of my nearest airport which is better for me. She said yo phone her with any queries I had or questions. I felt very supported in the choices I had made.

Having dealt with Hays previously I was not disappointed. The attention I received was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and time was not a factor along with no pressure to book. Personal service for me is a big factor rather than dealing with somebody on line

I went into store to Book New York for Dec 2026 after seeing a post on Facebook after speaking to Angel online, she went through my various options and went above her role to ensure I was fully happy before committing to any plans.
She talked me through Flights, Lay overs and Also took her time to go through Hotel options and Reviews on the hotels in question. Her service alone was outstanding and would highly recommend anyone to pop in and see her for their own plans.
