Egypt holiday booked
Staff member angel very helpful and polite and was excellent helping me to book my holiday to sharm el sheik.to be fair all of the staff in the rhyl store are very pleasant and go the extra mile to assist customers to book there holidays.ten out of ten.

Easy to book and pay. Got good advice on which hotel was better for a couple.
Good flight times and they do the check in for you nearer the date. 3rd time using Hays Travel Rhyl.

We always go to Hayes travel to book our holidays. The staff are always friendly and have time to talk to us about the places we want to go. They all have plenty of knowledge about different places.
When we have had queries they are always at the other end of the phone or just pop in to the shop. Nothing is to much trouble for them
