Helen & then young trainer (forgotten her name!) delivered an absolutely fantastic service. It’s the first time I’ve used a travel agent to book a holiday & it was a very pleasant experience. All the staff at the Rickmansworth branch are genuinely very customer friendly.

Helen spent a long time trying to get best accommodation and best flights for us: over an hour!
