The staff at Hays travel , Rickmansworth are always very welcome, they have booked my last 2 holidays and one for this Summer, with a big thank you to Nicola who booked my cruise , would not go anywhere else to book a holiday, a great team.

I am really happy with the service I receive from everyone in the branch. They really do welcome you with a smile and do their utmost to ensure you get the holiday you want.

The team at Hays are truly fab ( especially Geoff and Nicola ). They always go above and beyond to assist and help, with bookings, general information anything to create a great customer experience. We recently booked a last minute holiday and I was worried about my expiring passport, Nicola offered clear advice on what could be done. Also no fault of Hays, but there was also an issue with the booking , which required a hotel change. Geoff was patient, kind, and ready to listen and took control, helped resolve the problem, with a great outcome. He/ They are just the best !! I would always recommend using Hays.
