Nothing is too much of a problem for Caitlin and she listened to what we required from a holiday and came up with a short list of suitable properties.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, but dates and times on documents/quotes need to be checked before sending to clients. Had to sort out 3 errors on three occasions on same holiday.

While one of the initial issues originated from the tour operator, we fully recognise that these should have been checked thoroughly before being sent, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused in having to correct them.

On leaving we noticed a mistake
On leaving we noticed a mistake, we immediately returned for this to be amended your young lady said sorry for the error and she would contact P&O to get it amended. The mistake was we had been put down for freedom dining which we never have. We want the main dining room and a set time of first dining with hopefully a table for two , we look forward to receiving the amendment Thank you
