Myself and 4 friends all between 60 and 73yrs went in and our Hayes assistant was so patient with all our many requests. It took 2 and a half hours to find a holiday we all liked and agreed on. We were made a lovely coffee each. She was so good. We felt listened to. And the service was excellent.

My second purchase with Hays Travel.What makes it great is all the usual things I look for,but especially Eric.He takes care of everything so well.
I am seventy now and,whilst a late starter with booking online.Now I have decided I need to go back to a travel agent because I am not as sharp as before and frightened of making an expensive mistake.As I said to him,I need an Eric App.Well done!
