We have two trips in our minds to…
We have two trips in our minds to Europe and once we had explained our aspirations, the staff member then set about putting together the travel packages that met our requirements. The offer of tea or coffee definitely helped whilst all the travel arrangements were being compiled.

Ava was a lovely informative young lady. Although I felt the whole shop was a bit opressive. You could hear a pin drop. I was having a joke with Ava and felt awkward when we laughed. It could do with a bit of music playing.

Emma was amazing she got us the holiday we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted we got and she did more,very polite friendly had lots of knowledge of different hotels and places, will definitely use them again and recommend Emma and the company
