After trying to book a basic city break on line we decided to seek advice from jodie in rugby branch and as priously we had great success . this travel agent as akways is amazing. sorted all the little things. Information, location , best for teenagers positives and negatives . She is very patient open and honest. Don't know why I even considered ducking and diving with independent booking. .

We always book our holidays in Hayes travel....Jodie has known us for over 5 years. We give them a destination where we want to go ......they advise on location, answer any questions we may have. They print out all tickets, itinerary, plane seats and arrange holiday currency....making booking a holiday so easy!!
