The lady who dealt with me called June was extremely helpful, understanding and very patient with me and I managed to book a holiday with her and came away from the shop delighted and happy. This was in the Rutherglen Branch of Hays Travel.

Staff are lovely
Staff are lovely, just different level of customer service in this branch. It’s been a while since we booked as not been abroad for years, so we weren’t sure where we wanted to go. Staff made us feel at ease within minutes, we had various options to consider which was brilliant!

I booked a cruise with 2 members of my…
I booked a cruise with 2 members of my family but thankfully when my aunt and uncle went to get their paperwork as she couldn't print it off the day we booked it was discovered we were booked on 2 different ships and 2 different dates it wasn't resolved as the cruise we wanted was on a different date which I couldn't go as id already put in holidays for the date we originally booked blooming disaster not going to lie i was fuming was so looking forward to my first cruise very disappointed
