Customer service is second to none
Customer service is second to none. Angela went over and above to create the perfect travel package. She understood what we were looking for and suggested various options. It is not our first time booking through Hays Travel - Rutherglen and will continue to use them in the future.

Booking made very easy
Just booked a 2027 cruise to Norway through June at Hays Rutherglen. We have booked so many times before June knows exactly what we are looking for. She secured a great cabin at a fabulous price, all done with a quick phonecall to her. Great service, we'll be booking again soon.

Cruise holiday …
I booked 2 cruises with Hays travel yesterday. The agent Megan was amazing she explained everything and was back and forth on calls giving me prices on all different cruises I asked her to price for me. She went above and beyond explaining what the different cruises had to offer and the different destinations. I explained I’m taking my teenage daughter and it’s hard to find somewhere to travel and keep her entertained thats when Megan explained all the different onboard entertainment the MSC and the Royal Caribbean cruise ships have to offer. I loved the sound of it all that much I decided to book the MSC for this year and the Royal Caribbean for next year. I cannot praise Meagan enough for all her hard work in finding me what I wanted and the price I wanted , so happy and excited and can’t wait to surprise my daughter with these 2 amazing trips

Megan was very helpful and friendly.
My sister and I didn't even know where we wanted to go and she found us a great holiday to somewhere we hadn't thought about and we can't wait to get there. We have used Hays Travel several times and would recommend it.
