Megan was very helpful when booking our holiday. Was all done very easily and she was very informative about Malta. Would definitely book through Hays Travel again.

Went on holiday to Benidorm for 4 people, firstly wrong name on one of the passengers boarding pass and as we only noticed the day before we travelled told to pay £150 for name change at airport yet I gave all the passports to Elaine. The private transfers were a nightmare and had to pay for a taxi coming back as they were late and the best thing is we paid for the Sol pelicanos which I had been into hays travel rutherglen on several occasions before booking and the put pub in a sister hotel next door with no aircon and terrible service and had to pay a deposit for the 4 off us for the rooms , nightmare never again hays will hopefully go the way Thomas cook went , with any luck

Friendly place
Debbie & Megan made us feel at ease as we were booking our first family holiday. They both helped u choose the right destination and hotel, went through everything we needed to know. Both were friendly, and very helpful.
