Hannah at Hayes Travel Salisbury was excellent; professional, efficient, informative and helpful. I sought a more than basic travel insurance which involved a phone call and she facilitated the whole process, so I completed the job on my one visit. I am pleased to recommend this branch for whom I now have high regard. Next time I will book a holiday !

This was my first time using Hays…
This was my first time using Hays Travel as I have not been on a proper holiday for about 30 years. I had decided to look into having a proper holiday and plucked up the courage to go. the staff at hays were very friendly on arrival we talked about what i was thinking and what might work for me. it was appent to me that if i did not book something I would probably not do it so went ahead and booked a 4 day cruise. This being a taster and will be back to book more.

Hays+Holly=a great holiday
My wife and I always use Hays and especially Holly our advisor.
Holly knows what we like and has always delivered on price and quality with no pushy sales tactics.
All in all a really nice experience.

Fantastic recommendation for the hotel. Ticked all boxes we wanted at a great price. The staff were all extremely helpful and did everything and even checked us in. 5 star hotel and 5 star service, thanks Hays Salisbury.

Excellent staff
The staff, in particular Chelsea, are knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason it is not a 5 is the length of time we have to spend.
