Great help and advice

2nd holiday review
I’ve reviewed before but seen as we’ve booked yet again with Sam it’s only right we review once again, we enquired about a family holiday for 2025 to a certain place and Sam advised us about the concerns to which she came up with alternatives and were so happy we did she found a beautiful hotel with exactly what we wanted for the same cost or very close to, will always be using Sam at hays Carlisle from now on.

She included upgrade options for us as we were booking our honeymoon and has made this whole planning and booking experience so exciting and easy for us. Couldn't have asked for anything better!
