Exceptional service

Highly recommend Sarah at Hays
This is the 5th holiday I have booked through Sarah at Hays. She is absolutely brilliant. I literally give her the dates and where we want to go and she does the rest. We have not been disappointed. Goes above and beyond day and night and would 100% recommend

Sarah was really helpful, she helped us work around dates, looked at the options for hotels and found us a great deal in a fantastic location.

I booked a city break with Sarah a few years ago and she literally went above and beyond for me. Since then I always book my holidays and breaks through Sarah. Her customer service is fantastic and nothing is ever too much for her. I’ve highly recommended sarah to a lot of my friends.
