High recommend
This was my first experience of booking through a travel agent and it was a game changer. Sarah has a lovely personal touch starting with a phone call to discuss our requirements. She then quickly and diligently sent over a shortlist of recommendations. She gave excellent advice around the options such as which destinations would most likely have the best weather in April. We booked as a group of 9 but as 2 separate families and Sarah coordinated with both families, and ensured we had rooms close by in the resort etc.
Following the booking Sarah was on hand to respond to any concerns or queries we had. Sarah made the whole experience really stress free and took care of everything right up to checking in for our flight.
I highly recommend Sarah and look forward to working with her to find our next break

Holiday time
I messaged sarah to ask about a certain hotel. Sarah looked into it and then gave me some reccomendations aswell to have a look and think about. Sarah was very helpful, liased with me and rang at a time that suited me. Sarah went through everything with me over the phone and double checked everything. Amazing lady.

Iceland Trip

Sarah is amazing!
Sarah was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave us all the information required to choose out holiday on a cruise. She ensured the whole process was smooth, even helping us check in, printing boarding passes, and knowing what documentation needed filling in and when. The cruise was amazing, best experience ever, thankyou so much Sarah, would definitely recommend using her to help book your next holiday.

Awesome Lapland Visit
From the moment I contacted Sarah about the advert I saw to Lapland she was helpful. She communicated thoroughly, went above and beyond with advice for us about when on our trip and because of this we were well prepared to make the most of our magical day in Lapland. Sarah was brilliant! Sarah helped me to book a surprise trip, she was knowledgable, friendly and took all the stress away! She continued to help us book trips and excursions to replace those that were cancelled (due to unforeseen weather circumstances), meaning our holiday was the perfect adventure we wanted! I would 100% use Sarah to book my next trip, and so should you!
