I've used Sarah before and always had a wonderful personal service but this time she has gone above and beyond. I went to her with a booking scenario for multiple families, multiple airports, with multiple requests - I'd tried to do this myself and gave up, but Sarah and I worked through it and booked exactly what we needed !! I cant thank her enough - just need to get them all there now lol ..
