Excellent Service by Scarborough Branch
I have booked all my cruise holidays through HAYS over the past 5 years and found the employees at your Scarborough branch
friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, even when I had great difficulty over a Celebrity booking in 2022 which still has not been resolved. I cannot fault your service on this occasion or all the other occasions. Although this was a late booking, everything has gone smoothly and without hitch.

This is the 6th holiday we’ve booked with Hays, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are welcoming, very knowledgeable and everything is done with ease. I have complete confidence that if there was a problem (we’ve never had one) they’d address it quickly. I plan to book my next one with them. Highly recommend.

From going in knowing what I wanted, Izzy was really helpful, confident and I had a great experience from start to finish, with booking my holiday and Paul the travel money man sorted my currency for me, nothing was any bother from start to finish
