Has to be right for you.
As always ,doesn’t matter how long it takes so long as it’s right for you. Other shops could learn a few things . Seaford hay’s Sussex.

Superb service
Superb service. I had tried to book through the web site but found it so difficult to navigate. Jess was so patient with us, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. She answered all our questions and gave so much advice we ended up booking 2 holidays! She did all the bookings for us. Certainly made our life so much easier and took all the worry away of trying to do it ourselves. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you Jess

We flew to Canada to see the falls…
We flew to Canada to see the falls after a nine hour flight and two hour taxi ride arrived at our hotel at 2.00 am only to be told there was no booking for us. The hotel reception was very unhelpful so we phoned the Hays help line who where able to sort the mess and two hours later we where at a lovely hotel near the falls. Without this amazing service our holiday would have been ruined instead we had a great holiday. We cannot recommend Hay’s more highly, great service, honesty and great prices.

Stellar contacted me about cruises coming on sale for 2027-2028 she knows exactly what cabins we like and she has booked us up for two Caribbean cruises without her I would have missed out thanks again stellar your the best
