All the travel arangements were arranged in a clear easy to understand way. For a first solo trip and first flight it was very helpful. Would book with this company again.

Interactions with Larna and Lucy were very positive and sorted out a a knotty booking of French trains, which had become a nightmare. They both went above and beyond.

Lucy guided us through the process of finding flights to and from Scotland including an hotel in the centre of Edinburgh and several trips as us oldies do not find it that easy to do these days. Will definitely use Hays again as the need arises.
