Went into Seaham to ask about a holiday the person we dealt with was very efficient and came out with holiday and car parking for airport booked quick and painless, excellent service. Only thing it would be nice to know is whi you are speaking to, name badges would be good.

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. Helpful via messenger with different prices, dates, airlines. Nothing was any trouble. Went instore to finish the booking again spoke to a different member of staff as the one I had been speaking to online was seeing to another customer. New member of staff was amazing to read the messages and sorted everything straight away showed me everything went through everything was very helpful. Following day I received a message from the original member of staff apologising for been busy when I went in the shop and thanking me for booking I thought this was amazing service and highly recommend hays seaham and all the staff. We were offered drinks by two members of staff and was made to feel very welcome
