Always a pleasure to walk into a hays travel shop to see a happy works team.
The staff are so meticulous in finding out what you require to find the best holiday for you. Helen my travel agent in the sedgefield branch was so professional and helpful and also patient to my long list of needs.

I spoke with Leah who was exceptionally helpful. I told her what I was looking for and what destination for my mams 80th. She found us a fantastic hotel . She kept us informed of every little detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Mam liked her too. Leah is an asset to Hays travel in Sedgefield.

Fantastic service

Excellent service and choice
There was an excellent range of brochures for me to look at while I was waiting to be seen. Leah was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted to book. It all went very smoothly for a busy Saturday morning in Sedgefield. I booked the exact holiday I was hoping for.

Attention to detail
My wife and I visited Hays in order to arrange a holiday covering two locations in Portugal. The holiday was put together by Julie Ann who after listening carefully to our requirements provided a number of options to meet our needs.
After carefully reviewing the options ( at home) we were able to select our preferences and the bookings were arranged.
Hopefully everything will go to plan and the holiday will meet our expectations.
