Helpful and friendly staff but invoice needs more transparency
Staff were very helpful in sorting our holiday out.
I could have done with a more accurate breakdown of what we were paying for with the package we had as the hotel cost £900 more than if we booked it ourselves. When asked why the big difference the member of staff said that it was ATOL protected. Just seems rather a lot.

A bad start to the holiday
Our first ever cruise and not enough contact with us was made and we felt abandoned. We were never told that the airport terminal had been changed causing us to walk a very long distance from T1 to T2 at Manchester Airport with luggage and the two of us both being bad on walking plus the fact that they changed our gate twice,altogether a very bad experience

Lovely staff
Friendly staff in the store. Gemma and Kara always go above and beyond to sort me out with a holiday. We are on first name terms. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have recommended Hays Travel several times , to family and friends.

Nothing was too much trouble
Nothing was too much trouble. It was for a 4 centre holiday. Got us several options and then tailored flights/hotels to our requirements.

Easy booking.
Holly was so friendly, helpful & efficient helping us to book our holiday. We already knew where & when we wanted to go so it was relatively easy & didn't take long at all.

We didn’t have to wait at all to be seen to. Hollie was extremely patient and welcoming with us. No pressure to book anything and then when we wanted to change a few things it wasn’t a problem to her. We booked!
