Good booking experience
Good afternoon,
What a joy as always to book our 2026 joliday with hays Travel at Shepton Mallet. We spent a good half an hour with Sue who was very helpful and knowledgeable with the requests that we made. What a good experience.

The girls of the Hayes Travel branch of Shepton Mallet are always welcoming helpful, working towards ideas of places to holidays. Helping me with the requirements I was looking for in a holiday abroad, to which I came away with some choices. Once I settled on one I booked a few days later with the greatest of ease through the travel agent and answering any questions I had, Hayes Travel makes it really assuring all is cover and any other assistance just pop in and they will help where can for me. Thank you to such a lovely, friendly and warm welcoming staff.
