We had a young lady called Ella helping us to choose our holiday. She was very helpful & very informative . When we went off for a coffee to think about where to go she had found us some more options for when we returned. She was a very nice & helpful girl.

Relief at everything being done, and my travelling needs met. Helen made things easy for me and explained everything clearly. Also being a bit deaf I heard her easily. I am well pleased with the service I got.

I met with Karen to discuss a trip to New Zealand. Karen was extremely helpful and found me a holiday I am looking forward to. We looked at various options but Karen was able to find me an escorted tour, with a same sex share basis, so that I don't have to pay extortionate single supplements, so I booked there and then!

Once handed over to the cruise specialist, was able to match my advertised quote and allow me to choose a better cabin position there and then. Prefer to actually deal with people face to face and get genuine advice.
