Hays Sheringham were excellent
Hays Sheringham were excellent start to finish. Ellie was very knowledgeable and booked us an excellent last minute holiday to Tenerife for some winter sun and explained all we needed to know. We’ll definitely be back and booking again.

Me and my partner went into Hays Sheringham not sure where we wanted to go the lovely Ellie helped us find the perfect hotel, destination and price. Having never used a travel agent before…
Having never used a travel agent before [[ I've always booked flights etc myself or travelled as a professional musician for work ]] I didn't know what to expect. Liv @ Hays in Sheringham was a revelation. In a world where it seems fewer and fewer people take pride in their work Liv was simply wonderful.
She was patient efficient confident and answered all my questions thoroughly and diligently. I came away feeling very satisfied that all my requirements had been met & will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

A very easy and enjoyable way to book a holiday.
We found the whole experience of booking our holiday easy and stress free. We had no problem booking the flights and hotel that we wanted. The whole process was was made extra easy by the professional and friendly staff. We always receive great service when we use Hays Travel in Sheringham.

We book our holidays with Hays in Sheringham twice a year, we usually deal with Ellie she understands our requirements and is very patient and friendly, its always a pleasure and we enjoy the banter with her,

A simple process
Booking the cruise was easy as we knew which one we wanted but were advised as to which cabin to go for. We were able to complete the necessary paperwork instore and everything was seamless. We also bought some euros and, again, this was easy. We will definitely use Hays again for future cruises.
