Hays Travel Sheringham are always super helpful. I have booked a couple of what I would call 'special' holidays with them and dealt with various members of staff and they have always been very helpful, answered my millions of questions and assist with the booking process throughout. We have just booked a Norwegian Fjords Cruise with Nina who was very knowledgeable to us cruise virgins.

Daniel is a credit to the company
I was helped by Daniel (apprentice), he’s was most helpful finding holidays. He even found extra holidays and emailed them over to me! I was able to find a wonderful city break in Palma thanks to him! Absolute credit to the company

We called into branch and spoke to…
We called into branch and spoke to agent who was very helpful. We did not make booking decisions then but had all the information that was needed. Later a phone call to Nina confirmed everything and we arranged to pay deposit.
