Our holiday booking with Hays Travel
We were advised by a company representative named Liv who gave us an excellent and thoroughly professional service. She was extremely well informed about the products in which we were interested and gave us clear advice. She was always courteous and very friendly, and she booked our holiday efficiently. She is an excellent ambassador for Hays Travel and we can warmly recommend the company to others.

The young lady was very good and led us…
The young lady was very good and led us to the right way for our holiday. She could not do enough for us. The holiday cost us for over £2k, we did not mind.
Shame that it was due to close down for a refurb for 3 weeks. I just hope the staff will be very happy when they are allowed back into the premises. I wish them all good luck.

Honeymoon booking
We came in looking to book our honeymoon, we had a few things in mind but as we had never booked with Hays before we weren’t sure what to go for. Ellie had a look for us and came up with multiple quotes for different places and was happy to help when we asked for a few other different cruises, she was so helpful and stuck within our budget. We were so happy with one of the quotes given and so we went in to book it where Ellie was happy to help!

Ellie, made booking my holiday so easy, I literally gave her a wish list and by the same day she had emailed me the perfect selection based on my needs, then I went in the following day to book my holiday. We have always booked through 'Hays Travel' Sheingham previously CAS Travel & have never had a bad experience. Nina is always so thorough & very helpful from booking, right through to our return journey home which takes all the stress out of the process.
