Owen- group booking
We had gone to hays travel for help booking a hen do, due to being a big group. We spoke with Owen and I can’t thank him enough for his help and support. He was very friendly, knowledgable and made us feel at ease! Owen was committed to trying different options available for us with the flights/hotel we were looking at and kept us updated throughout! Amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

We booked a P&O cruise with Sian at shildon hays
We booked a P&O cruise with Sian at Shildon Hays and were overall very happy with the service. She took the time to really understand what would suit both our budget and the type of holiday we were looking for. We also discussed other options, including a river cruise, which we’ll definitely be looking into next!

So helpful, great service
Owen found us a great deal, he was very patient with us being picky and even got us a couple of extra nights for next to nothing. The rest of the staff are just as helpful, great service and we'll definitely visit for future holidays.

Great branch and staff
Elaine patiently helped me find a suitable holiday today. Nothing is ever too much trouble when I visit the Shildon branch. Always a pleasure to see such friendly happy staff.
