I enquired about a holiday advertised…
I enquired about a holiday advertised on Facebook but it wasn’t quite right for the family, Sian asked for a few details and found a selection of holidays and helped advise on which ones were best suited.
I can’t fault Sian at all she was very helpful nothing was too much trouble she was polite, friendly and the whole service was excellent.
This is the third time I have booked with Hays travel each time at a different branch and every time has been faultless and hassle free.
