Lynn made everything easy for me to understand as I am travelling solo sorting out assistance as well for me when I go back in on Thursday definitely recommend. Oh the coffee wasn't to bad 😏

Wonderful service from your staff at Sidmouth branch. Over and above effort to achieve the right accommodation & venue for two holidays, Cyprus in July with my daughter & I and my two young grandsons & Sorrento in June for me & my husband & grown up grandson…… working way past closing time for this one. The service was impeccable
The service was impeccable. The Hay's agent was not just helpful and very efficient, but charming and easy to talk to. I was very impressed by the speed with which my booking was dealt with, and in such a polite and pleasant manner.

Staff are amazing, more than willing to help the older generation, who are not so good with technology,
Staff arranged a big trip of a lifetime for us at quite short notice. Nothing was too much trouble, always available to speak to, also phoned back when promised. The whole experience was pleasant, hoping now that the trip will live up to expectation,
