Lynn made everything easy for me to understand as I am travelling solo sorting out assistance as well for me when I go back in on Thursday definitely recommend. Oh the coffee wasn't to bad 😏

This is my first time using Hays Travel…
This is my first time using Hays Travel and I walked into the store and was immediately given attention by Jess who has now worked with us to complete all the details of our holiday booking. I wanted to change up from the grind and sometime issues that DIY bookings on the internet can generate for the wrapper of an accredited and ABTA/ATOL backed agency, plus the local knowledge and experience Jess was able to add to the planning.

I’m profoundly deaf therefore can’t use…
I’m profoundly deaf therefore can’t use phone - tried Facebook messenger to make a booking - took a good few hours as constantly had to wait for someone to get back to me. Eventually got through and paid my deposit - was told I would get confirmation of booking by end of play last night ….. still haven’t received anything ??

We adapted our usual process to support your communication needs and completed the full booking for you through written messages. You confirmed you were happy with the holiday and proceeded with the deposit before the review was left.

I gave Daryl the details of what I wanted to do for a holiday and she came up with an itinerary which suited us and was both cost effective and perfect. Popped into Sidmouth Hays and was looked after by super helpful Shaun. As potential 1st Time Cruisers he took time to explain everything and guide us. Not pushy and didn't try to up-sell us; he was very professional and efficient and even sorted out the car parking!. Can't wait for December and our trip!

We were dealt with in a very professional manner by Daryl. She was very informative on our holiday search and made sure that we were happy with every aspect of our holiday. We have never been on a Caribbean cruise so to speak to someone who could put us at ease was so reassuring and to get it at a very good price.
